Sauquoit is close to me...you should have a pretty good go. I would say that if you can kill a 100+" deer with your bow every fall your doing real good. I think more than food plots you need structure and cover...make a mess in there somewhere strategically and stay out of it!

Pat if your ever at Clinton Tractor right in Clinton go next door to the Clinton Liquor Store...NY Sate record Bow Buck in there 170+ (gross 180)...previous sheds there too. Hangs on the back wall. It was shot within a few miles of Clinton. It's wicked
