The south 110 says grown up timber but the east side looks planted in rows and thinned once...probably 16 year old

It was not planted but is was thinned right after we bought it in late 2012. This property is on Moore Road (hence MO) but we also lease nearby land on Woodley Road (Wood). These two plus our goal of growing trees resulted in the name "MoWood"

A 1.25 mile power rural power line runs from west to east. First step was fence to block view from county road. Easement is 100 feet wide. Plenty of food plot opportunities.

You lease some on Seven Bridges Road?

I've spent lots of time out there. Beautiful.

I grew up with he Trotman's.

Have hunted there for years. Great area to hunt
